Both filters remain bearish. Six of seven strategies are flat; one is eligible.

Nothing changed this week. No regime flips, no new signals, no entries or exits. This report follows the last one by one day as we move onto the regular weekly schedule, so there is little to mark.

Regime picture

BTC closed at 63,915.00 on 2026-07-28, below both filters: the 200-day SMA at 72,036.89 and the 20-week EMA at 70,068.02. BTC has been in a BEAR regime since 2026-05-16, now 73 days.

SOL closed at 73.83, also below both filters — 200-day SMA at 87.77, 20-week EMA at 84.54. SOL's bear regime dates to 2025-11-03, 267 days.

Six strategies are flat: The Phoenix, The Sentinel, The Grandmaster, The Fortress, The Pantheon, The Oracle. Iron Turtle is the one eligible strategy. The longest current flat stretch runs 272 days, since 2025-10-29.

In practice

Nothing to do. Flat is the expected state while price sits under both filters, and it has been the expected state for months. The live ledger holds 2 entries since it opened on 2026-07-27 — that is a record two days old, and it is the only record of ours that is not a backtest. Anything you see covering periods before 2026-07-27 is simulated, including the whole of the current bear market. These strategies were published after the decline began; they did not call it.
